Product Delivery Time

We usually ship within 14 days from the day after we receive your payment.

Refunds for customer reasons

Refunds will be given if any of the following conditions are met

If you are paying by credit card, we will stop the billing process after you return the products.
If you are late in returning the product, or if the closing date of your bank or credit card company has passed, the amount will be debited once, but will be returned to your account the following month. You do not need to contact us when returning items for customer reasons (wrong image, wrong size, wrong color, wrong order, etc., except for defective or misdelivered items).
